Current Projects

Here is what we are working towards at the moment.

The Assiobo family moving back to Togo!

After some years of ministry in Canada, the door is finally open for us to go back to Togo!  Right now we are planning to return before the end of 2025.  We are currently in our support raising / fundraising phase.  There are a lot of funds to raise between now and then to get us there and get us set up.

We are needing to raise our moving and relocation budget.  This includes all the costs of moving to Togo (things like flights, insurance, sending our belongings, and things needed to do and get before we go…), as well as the costs of setting up life in Togo (one years rent in advance for a house, furniture and appliances, purchasing a vehicle…)

We are also needing to see our monthly support increase.

We are looking for people and churches that will partner with us with one time gifts, as well as those that would like to adopt us as their missionaries and support us, and the ministry, monthly.

Would you join us on this journey back to Togo? Would you adopt us as your missionaries and support us monthly? Or send a one time gift? …Yes! Then click the button below, it will take you to the page that tells how to do that.

Next Steps...

Here are our next projects after we return to Togo.

House in the city

By Faith, we are looking for a house in Togo to run the Bible reading ministry out of.  This will also house the resource library, a recording studio to recording teachings to reach more people, and an office for administration. We are hoping this will be up and running in the next year.

Developing the land in the village - Akplolo-Konta

Currently there is not much on the land.  Thinking towards the future, we have planted some fruit trees.  We have already had a well drilled, but the pump has not yet been installed.

Next we need to build a wall around the property. After that we need to finish the well, build the platform for the water tank, install a solar pump, put a tap outside the wall so the villagers can have water for free. Build a small house, one room with a bathroom, so someone can stay there and look after the property and open the pump each day for the villagers, and look after the solar pump.
After that it will be building a place for the literacy training and trades training, as well as few more houses for people to stay, and for those who come for rest and renewal.
